Day 1. Airport of Calama - San Pedro de Atacama - Valley of the Moon.
Arrival at the Calama Airport, transfer to San Pedro de Atacama, accommodation at the Hotel.
In the Afternoon: Valley of the Moon.
We will start the excursion from your Hotel at 4:00 pm, our first stop will be a viewpoint of Kari where you will have the possibility to appreciate the privileged panoramic view of the Andes Mountain Range, the impressive Salar de Atacama, the oasis of San Pedro de Atacama and all the immensity of the amazing Salt Mountain Range. From this place, we will continue our excursion to the Valley of Death or also known as Valley of Mars, sandy and mountainous valley, known for its huge sand dunes and narrow sand edges where you You can explore its labyrinths and canyons, in a walk without difficulty of approximately 35 minutes.
After the walk out of this canyon we will go to the most important destination of the tour, the famous Valley of the Moon known for its huge geological formations similar to the landscapes of the moon we will begin stopping in the salt caverns, these impressive caves where it is possible to distinguish the heart of the salt, plaster and clay of the imposing Cordillera de la Sal. We will continue our journey crossing this valley, we will visit the Anfiateatro and Tres Marias huge figures of incomparable beauty that can be photographed. We will finish the excursion with the privileged view of the Andes Mountain Range. Return and arrival in San Pedro de Atacama at 20:00 hrs. approximately.

Day 2. Altiplanic Lagoons - Salar de Atacama - Piedras Rojas.
Departure from your hotel in San Pedro de Atacama between 7:00 and 7:30 in the morning we will head south, crossing the basin of the impressive Salar de Atacama, we will visit Tambillo and then go to the town of Toconao, famous for its colonial church and its bell tower built only of adobe and straw. We will also visit the old fruit orchards of the town. From here we will continue our trip to the great Salar de Atacama, the largest in the country, third largest in the planet, the first in the production of Lithium in the world and where the Flamingos National Reserve is located. We will visit the Chaxa Lagoon where we can enjoy the landscape and recognize the variety of flamingo species existing in the region. We will continue, visiting the most important lagoons of the zone, located on the 3,500 meters of height, Meñiques and Miscanti, they are surrounded by the hills of the Andes and are known as the high plateau lagoons. This is one of the few nesting sites of the Horned Tagua, a bird endemic to the area, and the habitat of numerous aquatic birds and mammals such as the Culpeo fox and the beautiful Vicuñas. Finally, we will continue with our excursion on the international route of Argentina, towards the Salar de Talar (also known as the Salar de Aguas Calientes). We will visit Tuyajto Lagoon, known for being surrounded by amazing Red Stones, an extension of reddish volcanic stones with an exceptional natural environment. We will enjoy a picnic lunch and then return to San Pedro, arriving approximately at 6:00 pm.

Day 3. Cejar Lagoon - Ojos del Salar.
We will start the excursion from your hotel at 16:00 hrs. We will go to the beautiful and mystical Cejar Lagoon, located inside the immense Salar de Atacama, known for its beautiful turquoise waters with banks formed by salt crusts almost white, and a high concentration of salts in its waters, which allows you to float effortlessly as if you were on the Dead Sea. Here you will have the opportunity to live this fun experience and enjoy a relaxing bath. We will continue with the journey to the south to reach Ojos del Salar, two circular lagoons, of fresh water and of great depth, where the land has sunk and its waters are the product of underground layers. Although this water is sweet it is much colder, however, there is also the possibility of bathing. To finish we will visit the Tebinquiche Lagoon where we will wait for the beautiful sunset, with a fabulous 360º view and we will enjoy the reflection of the mountain range in its waters and all the drama offered by some occasional clouds, an unforgettable spectacle.

Day 4. Geyser del Tatio - San Pedro de Atacama - Calama Airport.
We will start the tour very early in the morning at 4:30 a.m. In the northeasterly direction to reach the heights of the Andes, we will climb its hills and mountains we can delight the contours of this imposing mountain range, after 1 hour and a half of travel we will reach the main attraction of the tour, famous Tatio Geysers. Located about 89 km from San Pedro de Atacama, and at 4,230 meters high, this geothermal field is formed by around 80 active geysers, intermittent underground springs that project as imposing columns of steam and hot water. These should be visited very early in the morning because during dawn is when the temperature is lower and the difference between boiling water and atmospheric temperature allows steam condensation, that is the right moment when the geysers show their greatest intensity and a true natural spectacle. Temperatures vary during the summer reaching about 6 ° C below zero and in winter they can reach -20 ° C. However, in both seasons it is possible to enjoy one of the greatest and most spectacular phenomena that nature offers us. In this place we will have time to contemplate the different geysers, compare their steam fumaroles and red-hot mud craters, coming from the interior of the earth as a result of underground hot water rivers generated by the Tatio volcano far from the place. Then we will have the opportunity to take a refreshing bath in the thermal waters that the famous Tatio offers us. We will have breakfast with a privileged view of the geothermal field enjoying the landscape and the peculiarity that the fumaroles give to it. Finally, before returning to San Pedro de Atacama, we will visit the town of Machuca, a small ancestral town in the altiplano, where its few inhabitants are mainly dedicated to agriculture, grazing and cheese production. We will return at approximately 12:30 to San Pedro de Atacama.
